Funday, Sunday, Shower Day!

I've decided to call my Sunday posts.....Funday, Sunday!
Sunday is usually a fun day for us.  It often involves family and that makes it even better.
It's always something different, usually unpredictable.
That lead me to the idea of making my Sunday posts different, and unpredictable.
I may share a stamping idea, something I did, a story about my family or even a recipe.  This is another chance for you to request something you want to see or hear about or just ask a question.

So today I will share a little more about the Wedding Shower I helped give for my Niece.

This was the wedding shower invitation.  You can see that original post HERE
The invitation set the tone for the day--fun!

Food is always an important part of almost any event I participate in.  This was no exception.
It was very yummy, if I do say so myself.

Lynn and I prepared all the food and decoration.  Our theme was the Brides Favorite Foods.

The favors contained the Bride's favorite candy and the Groom's favorite cookie.
The tissue paper flowers were fun.
(I did save most of them, so you may see them again!)

We even played a game that ended up matching the decor.  Can you find it?

The game was a list of things that the shower guest had to identify with the Bride or the Groom.  I just typed them up and printed one out and it was BLAH!
So I pulled out my MDS (My Digital Studio) and spiffed them up.  It worked perfectly.  The flower images and the colors matched the invitations.  It was hard to tell what was hand stamped and what was done digitally.  What do you think?

Please let me know if you are planning a shower, wedding or baby!
I'd love to help you make it beautiful as well as easy.

If you are at all curious about My Digital Studio,
remember you can get it FREE for 30 days and try it out!

If you decide to try it let me know and I'll give you some tips on

I hope you had a Funday, Sunday!

Make today a CREATIVE day!
Mary
