Get Well with Madison Avenue

Today I decided to play along with
The Paper Players Clean and Simple Sketch Challenge #129

It seemed appropriate to use one of the stamp sets you can get FREE during Sale-a-Bration...
Madison Avenue #127695
You can see all the images for this set in the Sale-a-Bration Flyer on page 2

A little Rose Red and Pretty in Pink Card Stock and Classic ink and WALA!
Gumball Green Classic ink adds some pizzazz.

Pearl basics were the perfect touch for the flowers.

Check out the new 1 1/4" two toned ribbon.    This close up shoes the 2 color threads woven together.  I wanted to keep the card Clean and Simple so I just knotted a piece and put it behind the sentiment.  SIMPLE!

If you would like to play along with the challenge,
here is the sketch

Make it a CREATIVE day!

  1. Mary, I'd forgotten how gorgeous these colors are together, thank you for reminding me! I LOVE the ribbon treatment behind the sentiment, I really need to CASE that idea. I also love how you popped the central flower. So glad you joined the Paper Players and shared this fabulous card.

  2. This really is fabulous, Mary! I love your trio of flowers and the way you've used just a bit of ribbon adds so much to the sentiment...great job! Thank you for joining us at The Paper Players!

  3. Thanks ladies! The challenges always get me to do something I wouldn't normally do. It led me to the ribbon behind the sentiment. THANKS for the challenge!

  4. Love the pretty layered flowers, Mary, and the ribbon behind the sentiment. Great colors, too. Thanks for sharing your project with The Paper Players!
