Ciao, Baby!

I wanted to share this card with you today because it's really cute and it's a Valentine Makeover!  This kind of Makeover allows you maximum use of your supplies.

You can visit the original Valentine post for full details on an easy way to get this Chalkboard effect.

As you'll see below....while achieving the Chalkboard effect you do not need to worry about embossing flecks or any messy stamping.  It just adds to the effect.

The Ciao, Baby stamp set, from the Spring Catalog, is a great accent to the banners in Hearts a Flutter

Notice these pop tops look a bit different.  They were 'smashed' in the Big Shot. Place them between 2 cutting pads and lay them on top of the multipurpose platform and crank away.
Compare and let me know which you like better.

You will just love using the small soda pop tops with the Itty Bitties Stamp Set.  Stamp, then punch out a 1/2" circle.  I used a glue dot to adhere the circle inside the pop top.  For a little added feature I dripped a few drops of Crystal effects in the pop top for a glass like glaze.

I tied it all together with a little matching 1/4" stitched grosgrain ribbon.  I just LOVE the way our products all coordinate.
