My Paper Pumpkin "Hey There" Kit

WOOHOO!  It's My Paper Pumpkin Delivery day!

Not familiar with My Paper Pumpkin?

Before I show you this months 'Seriously' kit,

I want to recap the
My Paper Pumpkin Welcome Kit
"Hey There"

If this is your first month with My Paper Pumpkin, this will be the kit that comes to you.

Complete instructions and everything you need (except adhesive) to make 4 of the cards shown.
But what if you want to change it up???

You'll need a scissors, then you can follow along for some additional ideas!
First, click HERE to see how easy it is to make the card shown. Then come back for more.

That was quick!

Here is a second idea. Same supplies, just arranged a little differently.  I did cut the banner short...and took the piece I cut off, and put it in the inside of the card for some added fun.
Note: I did grab a scrap of Bakers twine from my desk and tie up the button

Here is the third idea for you.  Notice I cut the banner strip short again and only used 1/2 the medallion on the front.  Again, I put the extras on the inside for some fun.
Also notice I cut a strip off of the front background paper. SAVE that strip...I'll show you why later

Here is a fourth idea for you.  Cut a strip out of the front background paper again.
Yep, you've got it.  Save it, for later.

 Notice the button?
Cut a very thin strip of the sticker threads in the button easily for Faux Thread!

Here they are.  All the cards I made with the "Hey There" kit!

or is it??

If you didn't get quite enough,
you will want to read on.

Do you remember seeing this sticker sheet?

Check it out HERE if you didn't read this post about My Paper Pumpkin.

You see the scraps left when you remove the stickers??
Well let's not waste them let's make them into cards!!

You'll Need:
  • You will need 2 sheets of Basic Gray Card Stock, cut in 1/2
  • 1 sheet of Whisper White cut into 4 pieces (4" x 5 1/2")
  • the scraps left on the sticker sheet
  • those 2 strips you cut off and I asked you to save

You will have to CUT around the remaining strips on the sticker sheet.  This is just one way to arrange them.  Can you find where the strips come from??
Note:  If you have other stamp pads you can add a little color to your envelope.

Remember that those strips you cut off from the 1st set of 4 cards?
Yep...that's right.  Lay the banner remnants on the strip and cut it you have a dotted banner!
It is a little work to cut our all the points on these zig zag circles.  But it is worth it.  They are sized just big enough to encircle the splatter stamp.

And you guessed it.  This is where I used the second strip I cut off.

For this fourth and final, scrap idea I placed the scraps on the 4 x 5 1/2" piece of card stock
and then cut it out.

If you are looking for quick and simple,  make 4 cards.

If you need more play time
make EIGHT!
