Wishing You a Fresh Fruit Birthday! PPA158

HAH!  I have to tell you my original title was.......Wishing you a Fruity Birthday!
I typed it without thinking and when I saw it, I figured it probably wasn't politically correct...
but funny enough I would share anyway.

You may recognize WISHING YOU (w 131748) or  (c 131751) stamp set.
If you don't, it could be because you thought it was just for Christmas!  But like my friend says,
"Presents are presents!"
 Wishing You Wood-mount Stamp Set

This handmade card was created to go with Sandy's color challenge at the Paper Players
You can see where I came up with the fruity idea.
STRAWBERRY Slush, Crisp CANTALOUPE, PEAR Pizzazz
Who couldn't resist this bowl of colors.
I'll start with the front---but stay with me till the end.  You'll want to see the gift enclosure part!

For the card front I stamped the packages once in all 3 colors. I hand cut the packages with my
Paper Snips  (103579).  You really need these to speed up any and cutting!

When you attach this much trim---it's best to use Sticky Strip 104294 You've seen me do a similar ribbon treatment (HERE).  This time this Pear Pizzazz is a left over from a retired spool of ribbon.  The Strawberry Slush 3/8" Ruffle Stretch you've seen a few times on my blog (HERE is another)

Next, I pulled out my Big Shot (113439)  to make all things wonderful.
In this close up you can see 4 accessories in action:

Bitty Banners Framelits Die

Envelope Liners Framelits Dies
Envelope Liners Framelits Dies 132172

You're right!  That was FOUR!    But now you can see how I made that perfect envelope liner!
Pay close attention to these 3 stacks of presents.  Each was snipped out but only attached by the bottom present.  This is important.

Now you can tuck in some cash, a little gift card or a coupon to clean up the Car...all without it falling out when the card is opened!

Make it

CREATIVE day!!
