Halloween Bash Bats or Butterflies? FMS104

Search my blog (down the left side margin) for more "HALLOWEEN" ideas

The inspiration for this card came from the sketch below.

My Halloween Bash Stamp Set (c 130508) or (w 130577) was screaming to be used.

Halloween Bash Clear-mount Stamp Set

I already had my colors in mind...and this banner sketch was perfect.
I just love the contrast of the Tangerine Tango Embossing powder
on the Elegant Eggplant Card Stock.

You know is another way to secure a gift card.
Use adhesive across the top down the side and across the bottom,
leaving the left side loose to slip something in.

Just imagine a Ghirardelli Chocolate square in here.

I'd show you a sample, but for some reason I can't keep them here at the house ;-)

There are many of the Modern Medley DSP that will work on this card!  The dots are awesome too!

Do you love these little bats?  They started as butterflies from our Bitty Butterfly Punch 129406
See more samples HERE  and HERE
Don't underestimate a little butterfly embellishment.

Start with butterflies.

Secure the butterfly to a sticky note,  just like this.Get out your
1 1/4" Scallop Circle Punch 127811

And nip off the lower right and left of the butterfly.

WALA! A BAT!  Don't get too hung up on how much you punch off.
Each will look a little different.

Once you attach them with a Mini Glue Dot right in the middle, you can bend up the wings, add it to anything Halloween and no one will question that it's a bat!
