Easy Birthday Card, FMS109, PP168

Making cards can be easy.  At class last night we created this easy card with minimal supplies.

It was inspired by 2 challenges that
worked perfectly together.

PPA168
FMS109

A card couldn't get much easier than this.

You can see that I layered and used dimensionals.
Do you recognize that background paper?
It's Modern Medley!  Black and Vanilla!

SURPRISE we sponged Pool Party right over the top.
Sponging colors over the top will color the light spots, the black remains the same.

Talk about getting more mileage out of your DSP!

I know I sometimes get pretty predictable....

I had to take a scrap and make a little corner pocket so a gift card could be tucked inside.

This card is 6 x 6.  The handmade envelope was easy with my Envelope Punch Board.  This has quickly become one of my favorite tools.

STAMPIN' UP! SUPPLIES
